FirstSave began in 2018 as a two-person electrical-maintenance crew called out to fix midnight breakdowns in Bengaluru’s industrial belt. Every factory we visited had the same complaints: unplanned stoppages, soaring power bills, and a patchwork of vendors no one could coordinate.
